Order Placement

Order placement to be made via email to prettylittleones@gmail.com. Kindly include the following details in your email to us :

1. Name
2. Contact number
3. Mailing address
4. Item
5. Delivery mode (Normal mail/Registered mail/Courier Services)
6. Payment mode (Internet banking/Fund transfer)

Upon receipt of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. Payment to be done within 3 days upon receipt of order confirmation email. PLO reserves the right to cancel your order if payment is not received.

For Pre-order Items, refund will be made to buyer if MOQ is not met or item is Out of Stock.

Delivery

We can deliver to any address in Singapore except the airports, offshore islands, military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.

Your order will be fulfilled between 3 and 7 business days from time you make purchase. Delivery hours are between 9am and 7pm on business days. If an item is out-of-stock and you choose to wait for it, the delivery may be later than 7 business days. In such cases, we will contact you. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.

For the case of pre-order items, orders to our supplier will be placed only when MOQ is met.

We provide delivery at $8 for orders less than $80. Delivery is FREE for orders $80 and above.

For delivery by Normal Post or Registered Post, postage charge to be advised in the order confirmation email. Normal Post is FREE for orders $50 and above.

Note : We will not be held responsible for any loss or demaged mails via normal mailing.
